I was never into Star Wars that much either, but I do have to say KOTR does have a great storyline. Bioware has made some great games with storylines, look into Jade Empire as well.

I have to echo FallOut 1&2 and Planescape:Torment, 3 great games with some great stories, and some of the greatest characters. It was a shame when Black Isle Studios shutdown.

Jeez man. People have offered up some of the best storyline pc games made, and they don't interest you? If you like Silent Hill, then you might like more adventure games. If that's the case, you may like The Longest Journey and Dreamscape. Or Culpa Innata. Or Siberia. Or some of the Sherlock Holmes games. Or, if your looking into more action and/or the macabre, try Undying. Try the Gabriel Knight games. Just some suggestion. Hope you find what you're looking for. :D
