Looking for a good strategic WW II game

I'm looking for a good WWII game. It has to be a strategic game which includes D-Day. Also important is that i will be able to play it on my computer.

512 Mb RAM

Pentium 4 3.20 GHz

Direct 9.0c, Radeon X700 256 Mb

Resolution 32 bit 60Hz

Can anybody help me find something ?

Company of Heroes is the perfect game for you.

However I should say that you'll need more RAM to get some decent settings out of it.

also, resolution, you need to give us something like 1024x768, 1280x1024 or something like that.

Of course. Upgrading your ram shouldn't be a big deal. It's fairly cheap and easy to install.

I played it on a computer with about the same specs fine(512 mb pc3200 ram!)

find out which kind of ram is supported by your motherboard; buy another stick of 512 of ram then put it onto the mobo. done.

btw, playing at 1024x768, your system might be able to handle it just fine.

btw, I'm not into WWII RTS, I like CoH because it's a very, very good RTS. you may want to check out some reviews of games like Blitzkrieg series. see whether you're interested in, and those games should have lesser hardware demand than CoH.
