A while back my graphics card, an ATI Raedon 2600, had gotten damaged and caused me problems from time to time. I have gotten use to it, but now I don't think that I can tolerate it any longer and I am looking to upgrade it. I am looking for a grapphics card that is better than the one that I have now, but on a budget of 80 to 150 dollars. Any help you guys can give will be much apperciated.

Hmm... not too long ago, I paid $300 for my 460. Now, it's considered a "budget" card, lol. :( That's technology for you.

Let's not forget the 460's overclocking potential.

Thank you guys for the suggestions, after looking at the video cards I realize that I would need a new power supply but I am a bit worried about doing so. My computer is a Dell dimension E521 amd atholon 64 X2 dual core processor 3800 + 2GHz, and I am concerned over whether or not the new power supply would effect it or not since my current one is 300 watts. I may be good with computers, but I am not the best person to ask about hardware upgrades. I picked out a power supply but I am not sure whether or not it would be compatible with my motherboard.

TBH, the 5830 at the price point is the better purchase...

With your current processor you are really going to be held back with the 460 GTX or 5850 in games. If the 5830 can be used with your current power supply I would recommend just getting that.

but the 5830 is cheaper and is he going to see any difference running a 2ghz dual core athlon?
