looking for an old rts

Hi guys, I'm in search of this rts/rpg game but I forgot the name of it...basically you don't directly control any units, but to run your kingdom you post bounties on monsters. Heroes will then go and try to kill the monsters in order to earn your bounty. Anybody remember this game?

This is maybe a really late reply, but did the game have a dragon?

I remember a game like that when you start off on a island, and having one guy with a staff, who can perfrom miracles and stuff...

I agree. Sounds a lot like Majesty. In fact I am playing majesty gold right now. Good game - even runs on my laptop with Intel integrated graphics. But given Majesty's, that is perhaps not so surprising.
