hey people! long time reader but barely post

got a question though, i am getting a new laptop by end of summer and budget is 600$ any body have any ideas as to what to get?

Ive done some research and heard that the amd phenom II quadcores are pretty much better and cheaper than any of intels dual cores even up to the lower end core i5s

also as far as the gpu goes i should pretty much avoid anything intel, but i see alot of the intel hd graphics and ati mobility radeon but very few nvidia's. im hard pressed to find a laptop that combines both processor power and videocard for my budget its always good processor but sucky video card or vice versa.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

ps i understand a desktop would be better for gaming but right now i need something that i can move with you know thanks in advance guys

This is pretty much the best you can get for close 600$

Or if you don't mind recertified...
