When i say hard im talking about like very hard. If you die i want them to continue to kick you over and over again. A game i had in mind for PS 3 is Demon soul but im looking for a game for the PC. Do anyone have any suggestions?

Well any kind of game is okey but if there is a game like the one i said in the OT then it would be cool.
Stalker is very hard! you could also try getting good at unreal tournament 2004's online.
Red Faction Guerilla has a pretty hard singleplayer i play it on easy :P

I was going to recommend putting Stalker on hardest difficulty as well, to me there is a difference between hard and just flat out aggravating.... you will die multiple times and not even know how.
Yes i know. I dont mather if the game is is made 1990 ;) what i would prefer is a hard RPG / action RPG. I want the NPC's to kick me while im down, very hard puzzles that would make one cry. Or just enemies that just simply dont rush forward. Quests or missions that say "hey go over there and do this for me" and not just "warp to location" and so on and so forth.
I have completed it the only thing making it so hard was sadly that your companion and enemy AI is so bad :(. Your compansions will run into your AOE while your enemies will spam AOE without caring if it hit their friends.
Anyone know of a game that compare to Demon Soul i did see my friend play it and he was allmost going Q.Q over how hard it is :P
Perhaps the RPG Torchlight on very hard with the dead is dead setting. If you die with that turned on then the character dies and you can't reload or anything. Game over.
I have played TorchLight its not that hard from how far i have played. My main problem there is if you dont find a good weapon you will be screwed while another run i did i found good weapons all over the place and was facerolling.
I've had similar experience as that on Torchlight. On Normal settings the game is too easy, and fortunately I figured this out fairly early on so it wasn't a huge deal to start over with a new character. How hard it is is strongly linked to what you find from loot drops - get some good weapons or spell drops and you are laughing, get useless drops and you will find it much harder. You could have some self imposed restrictions to add to the difficulty, such as no buying from shops, but this can become frustrating if you are looking for something specific and it never drops in dungeons.I have played TorchLight its not that hard from how far i have played. You can try some of the older Raven Six games (I haven't played Vegas yet but I'm told it's much easier). Also, the Ghost Recon games are very hard, as are the Operation Flashpoint and Armed Assault (ArmA) games. Another tough FPS that comes to my mind is Far Cry, especially if you play it on the "Realistic" difficulty settings where withfull health and armor you get three bullets and you're pretty much done for.
Can you play Thief on harder levels? Im also looking all games up that people have suggested so keep them coming i have some money to throw at this so :D
Oh yes! If you have WinXP, try an older game called Abuse. It's originally from 1995 but there's a Windows version floating around (I think you can snag it here). It's definitely the hardest game I've ever played. I got stuck on level 14 (of 21) and after a few hundred tries I gave up.
Usually much Older games tend to be hard games. Games these days are extremely easy because of the flood of casuals in the gaming market.Dr_BrocoliThis is quite true. Try playing some rogue-like RPGs: nethack, Ancient Domains of Mystery or Legerdemain. Myst and Riven are rock hard.
If you want a hard game for the PC or PS3 you need look no further than danmaku (bullet hell) games. A few examples of what you can expect:
Video
The game in the video is Mushishimesama which you can get for either PS2 or X360. The game in the picture is the Touhou series (specifically Touhou 8: Imperishable Night) which you can grab for the PC. All of the games are Japanese though, so for Mushishimesama you'll have to get your PS2 or PS3 to play Japanese region games and for Touhou you'll probably want to download an English translation patch (although nothing is necessary).

Far Cry in "realistic" and Diablo II LOD in "hardcore" modes.
That game sure is hard.....but it´s probably not very fun to play...If you want a hard game for the PC or PS3 you need look no further than danmaku (bullet hell) games. A few examples of what you can expect:

I mean, games are meant to be enjoyable. They´re meant to be entertaining. They´re meant to make you feel good about yourself.
If I wanted to be repeatedly beaten and humiliated I´d visit a dominatrix. :D

They're very fun to play. You talk like they're impossible, but you can definitely beat them if you practice enough. There's also difficulty options so it's not like you have to jump right into the insanity that is the stuff I linked. But trust me, there is a feeling of reward when you manage to maze your way through all of those bullets and kill a boss without dying. It's like "holy **** I am awesome" not "well it's about ****ing time". In fact, I've never gotten frustrated playing these types of games.
Personally I can't go back to normal shmups after getting a taste of the bullet hell genre. Normal shmups just feel way too slow and calm.
