samsung206bw.I can't afford in, It MUST be under $210
I know this doesn't fit the under $210, but this is the one I want to get. In a few months, it might come pretty close to 210. Nice resolution, great response time, and the picture looks really good IMO. I have no idea about color accuracy (and I frankly don't care about it)

BenQ FP92W Silver-Black 19" 5ms DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 700:1 - Retail
$179.99
Using it right now... its actually (for a cheap 19") a really great bang for buck monitor, and as you can see from the user reviews most agree.
I believe they have a 7 day 0 dead pixel warrenty, not the best... but it gives you at least piece of mind that you can get one with 0 dead pixels and i think you can deal direct with benq for the warrenty too if you preffer.
Mine had 1 dead pixel so i sent it back and this one is perfectly fine.
Perhaps get that or similar and save up for a decent 22" - 24" - 32" later?
I have your last choice and its a great model, very crisp and games look great HOWEVER with all you want to do I suggest you save up for something with more input options, frankly anything under 300 dollars is not going to cut it as a multimedia option.aft_lizard01I am fine for now with the small amount of imputs
$210 is kind of hard to stick to considering all the features u want. I suggest saving up more money (around $300-$350) and get a quality monitor that will last you a long time. uncle-tank
