Also i'm looking for a game where you could play as a dictator like Tropico.

not really a conspiracy game but you could try out "the path" off steam.

Could try "Grim Fandango"

It's really old but I just started playing it. It's like a puzzle mystery set in the afterlife. Pretty fun, could check it out.
