You cannot buy WoW accounts off ebay anymore. Ebay had this huge case where, lets be fair, no one actually gave a crap apart from them, where people's gaming accounts were either: Theirs, or Blizzards. Ebay came to the stupid conclusion that WoW gamers' accounts belonged entirely to Blizzard and therefore its a breach of copyright or something and they took all WoW accounts of ebay for good. That applies to any other MMO btw.
There are specialised MMO account selling/buying websites but personally, I would avoid them. I checked out their prices, and a level 50 toon with greens/whites goes for $300, whilst blue/epic level 70s go for Upwards $1000. I reckon you might aswell level yourself, do the invite a friend trick in fact: Get 2 pcs, make an account on each one but invite your second account using your "primary" account using Blizzard's invite a friend ability. You will get 3 times as much XP from killing mobs and Quests. Some guy got to level 58 in a day using it...And it's a HECK of a lot cheaper than buying a shifty WoW account anyway - remember, you're not the only person who is going to know your account details once you buy one.
It's not a stupid conclusion if it breaches WOW's policy. If I were eBay, I would have done the same thing.. There are a lot of legalities that go into it. Read the fine print. TC, google is your friend. I've sold my WOW account on some website.. because like the above poster said, eBay no longer supports the selling of WOW accounts.
Why are you wanting to buy a pre made character? That is freakin stupid, go buy the game, play a character so you can learn how to play, instead of being a tool and going for end game. Or better yet, go play the game of REAL LIFE and look for something constructive to do. People like you should not be alowed to play any games.
