Looking to buy a few strategy/rts games- Which ones?

Friend is coming over for the weekend and we like to play strategy/rts games.

Games he has (that I can remember):

Warhammer rts

Universe at War

Empire Earth 1/2/3

Age of Empires 1/2/3

Civilization series

Warcraft series

Company of Heroes

Games I have

Age of Empires 1/2/3 (1 and 2 don't work on my PC, doesnt like windows 7)
Warlords Battlecry 2 and 3

Sins of an Empire (plus expansions)

Age of Mythology

Rome Total War, Medieval 2 Total War, Empire Total War

World at Conflict

Rise of Nations

Company of Heroes

Supreme Commander

We like to be able to build bases and stuff, not just command units

So, any new (or old games that work with Vista/Windows 7 out of the box, without a bunch of tweaking to get them to work...tried that with Age of Empires 2 and had to do a system restore)...anyway...any rts games or strategy games we might like? Avoiding the city builders of course...I'm into them, but my friend isn't

starcraft??

we both of rise of nations, we loved it...forgot about that...but we played too much last time he was here, and got kinda tired of it lol.

we also have rise of legends too, that one is a lot of fun.

alos its not a very good game but universe at war: earth assault and worldshift might be worth looking into.
