You have on-board graphics, you need to make sure you have a good PSU and then buy a dedicated video card.

A 4670 will run most games with good fps. If your PSU supports it, I strongly recommend it.

Tell us what PSU you have (manufacturer, model). Becuase what the posters above me say is true.
