These are the parts I have picked out but i need some help. I want to have a 32nm CPU, a new mobo, a new case, SSD SataIII( 128gb or more), and i dont do overclocking so i dont know if an aftermarket CPU is really needed.

Cooler Master HAF 932

ASUS rampage III/ i7 970 Gulftown

Crucial M4 SataIII 128gb

My budget is around $1200 but can be moved if needed.

You don't "need" a SSD until your rig is pretty set. Wait on that for now and save some money until they go down in price. They should around Christmas. What about a new GPU, need one or no? Also, do you need an i7, or can you lower it to an i5? An i7 is only needed for demanding video editing and some other additions. You can save a lot of money if you go with an i5 2500k and a different motherboard like the P8P67 series.

well, im just upgrading everything now because my motherboard and psu need to be, and im just future proofing it so there wont be a need to upgrade anything for a while. GPU on the other hand i was planning on to do that maybe when the HD7xxx's come out. I am more on the i7 side of things more than the i5 (but i can do a quad instead of a hexa) because i do record videos and what not and its alot easier for me to have something more than less.

If you are going to spend that money, then wy don't you just get a GTX 580 or crossfire two 6970's? I'm sure the 7xxx will cost a pretty penny. What GPU do you have now?

you DONT want a gulftown.. trust me on this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.660242

i5 2500k or go amd thats all their is to this arguement. 1155 is a far better socket than 1136 will ever be and the 2500k FAR outstrips its neahelm 6 core cousin.

the i5 2400 ir 2300 are both dont buy's they offer very poor preformance for your dollar. trust me your money is better spent elsewhere's.

then focus on a nice gpu with the leftovers.. then pocket the difference im impartial to the idea of an hd 6970 then watch as your friends gawk at you gamign @ 1080p fluidly @ +45 fps on basically every game
