lost planet code not working.

Hello, i have recentely bough the game "lost planet: extreme condition" for pc. i installed steam and when i was almost done installing it asked me for the "steam activation code" on the back of the manual. when i typed in the code it told me that i typed in the wrong code, so i did it again and again and again and the same thing kept happening. If someone has already gone through this or knows what i should do then please please help me out. Thanks.

yeah, if the manual shows the code in lower case or upper case it might need to be entered exactly.

I'm having the EXACT same problem. Just bought a new copy of Lost Planet, installed it and all, but the activation code printed on the back isn't the same format as Valve's website claims it should be. Here, I'll explain better:

Valve's claimed format for LP Keys:

1AB2C-D3FGH-456I7-JK8LM-NOP9Q

My CD Key:

XXXXX-XXXXX-4CA86-43 DE

(By the way that is EXACTLY what is printed there, save for the Xs. I will scan it if nobody believes me)

Steam won't accept mine. I payed money for this game...I feel like I've been robbed. Can someone help me out?

I just bought this game after playing the great demo.

I have the same exact problem, even the 5 spaces as the person above.

I have not had any response form CP and I'm hoping someone has found a solution.
