anyone who uses vista and players lord of the rings online go back to xp.. i did and i am now able to run the game maxed out with ZERO lag where as on vista i had to be on medium and get maby 5fps just a solution to those using vista and get lag with this game. idiots defending vista dont even post.
I get lag on xp. My system can run oblivion, company of heroes more or less at max and fps is fine. I run LotR below what auto detect sets the graphics at. Still at this i get major lag, whenever i run down a path i'm constantly stalling and in a city its even worse. I could run wow at max with aa and af also at max and never get so much as a stutter in ironforge.
I played the open beta on Vista. I had lag problems with all of the bells and whistles activated, but all I had to do was to turn off AA and I had a lag-free experience from then on.
lmoa i have a 8600gt oc core 688 and windows vista ultimate and i play company of heros/lotr online at ultra settigns at 1024 res ans averge 50-20 fps lol.
auto respons will be 8600gt sucks realy?thats odd how i get better frames then u lololol.......learn how to over clock good get realy good cooling and u can get 20-30 more frames out your card if u know what your doin.:)Â
