Lots of Call of Juarez Dx10 Screens (56k)

Taken in windowed mode because i cant get fraps to work with it so some borders might look alittle weird...











Got the next one right before a cutseen so thats why its darkened..

it looks like the 360 version with higher resolution imo but thats maybe cause there is no imediate comparable picture.
just the higher rez makes it look really nice.

Looks like you're stuck in windowed mode? I've heard installing the older 158.42 drivers allows you to run in full screen mode.Cameraman_12

This game was released some time ago in the UK, last year if i remember correctly. I have yet to see the dx10 though. The dx9 version looks very nice, its just a shame the gameplay doesn't match the visuals. A very ordinary game imo and really disappointing. Frozzik

Well I didn't mean you, I was just generalizing. But I do know when I get my new PC eventually (probably in the fall or late summer), I will be getting Vista. By then, I figure there will be plenty of fixes out by then should problems arise.

Can you really count it, since it came out last year without dx10 graphics?

Anyway...HA! Finally, all of my ranting about how awesome this game looks is justified! :D

Oh, and to those who've played the US version...Billy now gets his bow that early in the game?! Doesn't that totally unbalance the game, and screw up the plot? Hell, in the old release, we only got the bow in the final mission!

People hate Vista now because it is a new and bugged OS, as they all are when they come out. Thankfully those of us with the patience to not rush out and get it have people like you to beta test it for us. Thanks again..

Call of Juarez is a great game - i've finished it - story, graphics, gameplay - everything is simply perfect

i'm recommending it to any FPS fan - it's unique FPS game - 10/10 that game gets from me

I played the single player demo at 1920x1080, everything Max (4xAA), and my FPS was anywhere from 30 (outside with lots of characters, during gunfights) to >60 (I have VSync on so I'm not sure of how high) I'm sure if I turn VSync off I can up my min FPS, but on my 56" HDTV screen tearing looks worse than lower fps
