hmm athlon II x2 for the cpu or intel celeron SB dual-core
2gb ddr3 minimum i would game on
mobo to match
seagate or wd 80gb hdd (simply to keep costs down as 4 games wont consume more than 40gb combined XD
20 dollar DVD-drive
as for a gpu hd 5750 or any 5770'ss you can happen to find on the net
case of your choosing
tada gaming build for cheap.. go get an OEM copy of xp and mass install or 1 copy of windows 7 ea. @ 100 bucks ea. (or you could buy bundles and save some money)
such a system could max the first two in its sleep (same goes for any other f2p game you can name) and could play BFBC2 on high easily and bf3 on medium or so
gta IV im afraid is off the table.. quad core's are a good 20-40 bucks more ea.
thanks, can you give me the links for them on newegg? also I dont want an OS and If It's Possible It would be very nice to have a quad core cpu

If you plan on LAN gaming, maybe one fo those small LAN box cases would fit the bill. They fit full size GPU's in case you want to upgradein the future, but they are otherwise compact and much more portable than a regular ATX case.

Maybe something along the lines of an A8 APU would be best for this situation?
