Starship Troopers rated 3.8 i think, the newer fps shooter.. and i loved it! Still have it on the hard drive. I gave it a 8.9 i think. Played through it every night till i finished it, then did it again...
I think KOTOR 2 had pretty horrible reviews, but I played it anyway. Superman 64 was pretty awful, but I didn't play it to completion - just long enough to get a headache.
How about the lowest scored game you played significantly? Who really cares if you played a game like big rigs for a minutes to be honest :P Planetside is the lowest scoring game I have played, it got a 7.6 here.

well before i ever went on this site, i played the crash bandicoot games. I have them all and like most of them even though i don't play them much more. anyway, they are all like 7.0 and maybe a couple in the 6 range. I don't play too many horrible games.
Star Wars Rebellion (rating of 4.5). I absolutely loved that game and have kept on playing it on and off. I still maintain that this game was what SW:empire at war should have been, albeit with a better UI and more interesting combat.
Death Crimson for Sega Saturn. Worst light-gun shooting game you can ever think of. Pity that it is not on GS 8) Maybe this game will get negative score if rated :D
Not the more recent action game, but the adventure game several years earlier. It really wasn't that bad...it wasn't that great though....I would have given it a 6.4
These three are in my games list rated lowest, but I haven't passed them due to... their badness? Heh, I got Crashday from my brother quite some time ago. Fighting against other cars using weapons seemed fun for like 20 minutes, but after that it became very boring. Now, Stolen and Cold War. These games "got into" my PC because, well, they're stealth games, and I love stealth. Frankly, the amount of bugs and the crapiness of the gameplay got 'em both uninstalled pretty quickly.
Still Life - 6.7
Now THIS is a completely different story. If memory serves me right, Still Life was the first-ever detective kind of game I have played. A 6.7 is a score way too low for such a game, in my opinion, as the variety of puzzles and cool story really gets ya in. Passed the game in less than a week, I think. Good stuff.
Well this game wasn't rated but it was the worst game I've ever played. It was Earthworm Jim Rental Edition I rented a blockbuster. There were no save points at all in the game, I believe it was for N64 but possibly SNES.

Earthworm Jim was rated low?! In what reality? In fact Earthworm Jim 1 was successful that they made a Part 2 and eventually made a GBA version.. It was originally released for the SNES.. At least the game was better than Clay Fighters!

I have to agree GTA1 kicked major butt... as did GTA2.. but the rest? I could care less.. Okay fine.. I bought GTA:SA because it was about to be banned..(least they did do that to the original GTA:SA.. glad I got a copy of it before it did.. still remember getting my ID asked for at the counter.. hmm 28yr old ... do I look FREAKIN 17?! Sorry.. just kinda pissed when asked for an ID for a game.. it makes me feel like I'm buying beer.

As far as the rating, this game was not rated on Gamespot or anywhere because it was some type of rental edition. Was it based on a normal edition of Earthworm Jim, maybe or maybe not, personally I really don't follow the series. I do know this any game that has an extended play length but requires you to play it in one whole sitting without saving is poorly designed.
