My computer is sitting there doing nothing when all of a sudden it comes up with a box that says my computer is going to restart in 45 seconds because lsass.exe(from the system32 folder) decided to do something wrong. Will this be a 1 off or should I do something about this program so it doesn't do it again? If so what should I do, delete?

lsass.exe is a windows process butit also knownas a virus that restarts your PC (sasser worm). You need an anti-virus to remove it and update your Windows with the critical patches ASAP.

How can I get my anti virus to remove it? I'm running NOD32 and I can only get it to scan that specific file, it then tells me theres no threats but I can't see anyway to get it to remove it.

Also get that one utility, I forgot the name, it had 'hack' in it somewhere, it scan's your computer for all running processes and gives you an option to reboot and remove the processes that seem to be the problem.
