QUESTION ^^^

I am a huge RTS fan :D, and i already own Codename panzers. All in all, it is a great game but the lack of city and base building and development really is disappointing.

Im thinking of buying CoH, but before I do, Id like to ask does it have the same 'recruit units before mission' structure like Panzers, or is it like CnC in the sense that you can build and develop your own base and build your units there?

By the way, here are my PC specs. System Requirements Lab doesnt work for me and Im not sure if my GPU is powerful enough to eliminate lag:

Intel Core Duo E6400 2x2.13 GHz and 2x1 MB L2 Cache

2 GB DDR2 RAM 533 MHz

Nvidia Geforce 7300 LE 512 MB

Thanks in advance :)

Company of Heroes involves base building, and training an army via structures like in other RTS games. Don't expect to be building huge bases though, as Company of Heroes is very focused.
Though it also involves conquering territories on the map to build up resources. A player can't simply turtle up in his or her base.

There's no crappy protection (like starforce, securom etc.) in CoH - In fact, it doesn't even check for a disc, which is by far the best thing about the game.... You can't imagine how utterly sick I am of using every flippin game CD/DVD as a dongle to play a friggin game. It's just .. lovely

COH has base building, more advanced graphics, much deeper strategy, and a very good single player campaign with good storyline (like panzers).

Go for it, sure you won't regret it.

Why you're using such a weak VGA on your excellent system? Of course your system

will handle COH, but don't expect  the highest amount of details.
