Of course. Why wouldn't you? :) I usually wait a while to buy games, as well. Except, for ME2 I bought the collector's edition and didn't want to wait.
Good deal. I'm still surprised the digital version of the CE is ten bucks more - there's nowhere near $10 more content. They should include both pieces of DLC for that price.

Yeah, with all these deals, it's hard not to become accustomed to just sitting around and waiting for price drops. But... needless to say... Mass Effect 2 is one of these really rare and special games which is an absolute, 100% steal at $20. The fact that it sits comfortably within the Top 10 PC games of all time on gamerankings really says something. No regrets at all buying it at full price.
