Mass Effect 2: Importing a completed ME2 Saved Game (For bonus features)

**MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS**

Please help me.

Once I finished the game (all teammates survived), and exit the credits, it said that "You may start a new game and import this save"

You will get:

-Armor and weapon from this save

-Level

-Bonus resources.

Well, I tried it and I can see that it works. I imported my ****soldier John Shepard into a new game. When I checked the armor locker (before talking to the Illusive man for the first time) my armours from my previous save were really there and could use them. It works.

PROBLEM: When the 1st mission (where I must go to Tali with Miranda and Jacob) began, the game will automatically give you full set of weapons specifically for that **** My ****is soldier, and it had a MACHINE GUN on my original save that I imported from.

Problem is, those weapons arent there.

I haven't checked on a Weapon's Locker though because I barely started the mission again. I'm just making sure if I will get that machine gun early in the game or something is actually wrong.

so when they gave you the weapons its scripted to give you there is a problem when it says all you weapons will become available? im pretty sure you actually had to equip them in the first placeshadow_hosi

No. It's supposed to import my weapons from the profile i got it from. So basically, if i have an uber weapon from my completed game, and i used that character to start a new game, I'm supposed to get the weapon!! (as stated by the game as a "bonus feature" if you finish the game). Problem is i dont have THEM. i had all weps and armor.
