Mass Effect 2 PC - $40 - preorder while the deal lasts.

I will probably wait, as school is coming up for me and I still need to finish Mass Effect 1 and The Witcher, but damn it is a good deal. Although if I wait, I'm not sure when the price will come down next. I wonder if this deal includes those ingame bonus items?
