I don't mind the new paint job on the Normandy, but those god awful black lines segmenting the hull make it look so crappy. I am thinking about ordering one of these but I just can't get past the absolute ugliness of those lines.

Over two years is plenty of time for them to make a game. And since this is the last part of the Shepard arc(you know they aren't ditching this universe after 3) they don't have to worry about hooking story arcs from this game into the next.

It's $35. I wouldn't expect too much. Which is why I want them to make a bigger, higher quality one. As someone who is deeply into the Mass Effect universe, I would pay a lot for a good quality, good size model of the Normandy.
