Sometimes after long gaming hours ,the game hangs up and stops responding . There is no display on the monitor and even if I press ctrl alt del ,he system does not respond ( I am using vista sp1 32 bit) ,therefore to check the problem I played the game for 2 hours regularly but on a windowed mode so that i could see the tempratures on speedfan which turned out to be normal and also with the windowed mode (the game never crashed) ,however the game has only crashed 2 times and I wanted to know if some one else had the same problem.(also i have played gta 4 for even 5 hours without any problem on this system without any problems)

ALSO one more fact that I have 'wait for vertical sync" off but still I am stuck at 62 fps .the frame rate is usually 62 and sometimes drops down to 50 at high graphical intense moments such as gun fights but why doesnt it go above 62 as my refreshing rate is 75 so it can atleast go till 75 fps??

Looks like you're having some problems with your graphic card. Take a look inside for any dust on your card.

i checked it out after the first crash and also removed the little dust that was there ,the tempratures are also fine 52 at max load and also it is only with mass effect that this happens

I had the same problems like you during some games. Only two or three times. The screen went completely black with no response at all. Like the video card isn't responding or something, you know :)
