Lol, no answers... I guess they are too busy playing it.
I have the 360 version, I've read that Bioware got rid of several annoying things this time around. The reviewers are not lying imo. The game is excellent and it deserves all the praise it gets.
If you like great dialog, music, visuals, an interesting story and a unique atmosphere, then run and buy it. Unless you feel strongly about the whole DRM thing.
Hmm, all this talk about visuals and atmosphere made me think of Aliens. Off to see it then...
I finished it in 80 hrs. Yeah, I know, I'm a turtle.. I've heard that some people blasted through the game in only 20 hrs, max 40, but I like to explore everything that an RPG has to offer. I did every sidequest and visited every visitable planet. I doubt that I've missed anything in the game (except dialog choices and the different endings, I guess).
For someone who just wants to play through the game without obsessing about XP, 30-40 hrs sounds like a good gametime estimate, I guess.
The game is great. I can't find one aspect of the game that I don't like. The combat is fluid and has a nice balance between shooting and RPG elements. The story is superb, indepth, and really what you'd expect froma bioware game.
but I like to explore everything that an RPG has to offer. I did every sidequest and visited every visitable planet.

That's the only true way of the RPG. No, even of the whole gaming universe.
It's the 360 version with nearly all of the gameplay and graphical issues addressed. It's an improved version of what I thought to be GOTY 2007. Also, DRM is nothing. Just buy it. Fantastic dialogue, great story, pretty graphix, great synth soundtrack, it's pretty much amazing. That's the adjective to describe it, amazing :) Bioware is clutch.
