Starting with a 560 ti at 822 coreclock what do you think would be the highest possible stable OC? And what have you gotten it to?

On a reference card with no VRM cooling, I wouldn't recommend going over 900MHz. If you're willing to get a better cooler and heatsinks for the VRM's and voltage controller though, you should have no problem running at 1GHz/1.087v...

I have the MSI 560Ti Twin Frozr II 1GB. I've overclocked the core clock to 1000MHz with the core voltage at 1.087v.

I know this is a bit of topic but I have a question about sli. If I have an sli compatible motherboard, good power supply, identical cards, and an sli bridge, am I good to go? Or do I need anything else?

I've had mine up to 1.1GHz stable on water, before I tried several versions of Rivatuner at once that is. My clock speeds and voltage got all messed up, so now I keep my card at 1GHz/1.087v, since I'm still using a C2D at 4.5GHz anyway...

Highest I've read was 1000. I'll say those are kinda rare batches though. A nice video card. :)

Word, I might have to try uping voltage, because I can't get my Evga FPB to hit 900mhz stable. Probably doesn't help that I have two seperate brands of 560ti's either though.

Got another question. Does anyone have the asrock z68 extreme3 or heard anything about it? Im thinking of going sli with 560 ti's and would like to know if it's a good motherboard. Again, sorry for going off topic. And thanks for the feedback on OC.

I would stay under 950 core(linked with shader clock) to keep temps down. I can OC my 560 to 1100mhz with overvolting, but I have no idea if it's stable and I'm sure temps would be high. The OC I use is 930/1860 and 70% fan speed and my temps stay fairly low.

Depends on the quality of your silicone. Some may reach OCs some can never achieve even with better cooling. Defining a "MAX" is kinda pointless goal, an average would be better.
