Max Payne 1 & 2 do not work?

I just got these 2 in the rockstar deal.

When ever i go on them they tell me '' Max Payne (2) has stopped working''

On Vista... ( Yeah am that sad.)

It works perfectly for me......and im using a vista too....

Can you run in XP compatibility mode? Is it crashing? Or just not running?kodyoo

It shows me nothing... just not running i guess.

I have them working for me when i placed the EAX sound files in the game directory, you can use creative alchemy, you can copy & paste the files manually. that's how i fixed my problem with it. Shatilov
