ME2 - Shadow Broker: Before or after suicide mission?

So, I just purchased this DLC after I beat the game. I was wondering if I should go back to an old save, beat Shadow Broker, and then beat the game or does it matter if I just beat it now? I want to make sure that any stuff I do in Shadow Broker carries over to my ME3 profile.

Normally, this wouldn't be an issue and I would just go back and play Shadow Broker before I beat the game, but my last save is about 2 hrs of gameplay back and I don't want to have to do that over again if it is not required.

Anyone know if this matters? Thanks in advance.

It will come over either way.

There isn't any really significant difference as to when you play the shadow broker DLC. Just a few slight changes to the dialogue that is it. If you do the shadow broker before the suicide mission you get Liara banging on about possibly losing you when you do the SM mission. If you do it after the suicide mission you get Liara whinging about losing you when the reapers get here. Either way she whinges what ever you do :P

As to it affecting ME 3 I don't think that will be dependant on when you do the DLC, it will be just the choices you make in the actual DLC that will carry across not when you did the DLC.
