Can you install this patch in the middle of a campaign or do you have to start a fresgh game for it to work? The patch is 630 megs..insane.

it didint affect anyhow to my game. I could normally return to it after patching

Isn't there a 1.3 patch? I'm pretty sure the expansion is atleast 1.3 but I also think there's a 1.3 for vanilla.

In past patches with Total War games, you are able to continue your campaign after you install it. But it is a huge file so watch your battles for any glitches, taring or frame-rate issues.
