depends on what you are going to do, gaming i would say, the 2 gig, but for photoshop or 3d rendering, the 4 gig, it depends.

You won't see any performance gain going from 800Mhz to 1066Mhz, in fact you can OC to match DDR2-1066 speedso I would say get 4GB. Btw, you do realize you can only take advantage of 4GB if you use 64 bit right?
