Memory 4gb to 8gb

Hi

got an acer desktop with win 7 and 4gb of ram would upgrading to 8 gb help?..sometimes i get program not responding errors....

Unless you do alot of multitasking or play games like BF3 that use 4gb you most likely wont see a difference.
