MGS 3 for PC???

Hey, I just finished MGS 2 and was a bit confused and I heard that they made MGS 3 for PC but I couldn't find it anywhere...  I just wanted to know if they really did release it for PC.

Oh and I need help understanding the story,

At the end of MGS 2, they say that the 12 patriots are dead... soo.... wtf? Who's doing all this and why is Liquid/Ocelot still after them?

MGS3 takes place before every other MGS in 1960s, there have been a lot of petitions sent to Konami for making MGS3 for PC, but Konami is too stupid to make it for PC. I gave up hope a long time ago and there's only 10% chance it will ever be made for PCDarth_Kane

Wasn't Twin Snakes a remake of the first Metal Gear Solid? =O lol  Well hopefully they make MGS 4 for PC ^^wicster
