Microphone Help?

I just bought a Audio Technica ATR3350 Mic and its very quite and thiers alot of noice I uploded a test to youtube if you guys wana hear it

Is their anything i can do to fix the audio?

Its plugged into the Mic in port on my high end pc

A 90's cellphone headphone/mic isn't going to sound to well on your computer. Have you tried messing with it in your options through recording devices?
