Minecraft?

Anyone hear heard of Minecraft? It's gaining a pretty large following and I was wondering if you guys had heard of it. Looks pretty awesome IMO. For those who don't know, it's and infinitely large sandbox where the object of the game is basicly to build shelter out of the various block material. The world is made out off all different blocks, and the graphics have a very old look.

My friend loves it but it doesn't look like my cup of tea. I don't mind sandbox games but it looks a little too sandbox for me. I need an end game, something to work towards and Minecraft seems to lack that.

My friend loves it but it doesn't look like my cup of tea. I don't mind sandbox games but it looks a little too sandbox for me. I need an end game, something to work towards and Minecraft seems to lack that.
