Anyone picking this up? I've been wanting to play it for some time and now seems no better time than ever to choose to do so. Thoughts?

Exactly how long is this game? If it's longer than Zeno Clash I'll be happy. Zeno Clash is a $15 game that offers less than 2 hours of said game.MythPro1About 3-4 hours if you don't play the pseudo multiplayer.

It's a great game, easily worth 5 bucks.
And it's longer than 3-4 hours, probably 6-7 hours range.
I highly recommend it.
It's perfect.I take it this is one of the games where it 's frustratingly hard if you only use a mouse and keyboard?

I played it on the PS3 and I thought it was a lot of fun. It's pretty unique and I had a blast doing the time trials and speed runs.

Took me about 6-7 hours on normal for first playthrough short and let me wanting more but alot longer then zeno clash.
It Controls much better with a m/kb I'd say any control complaints where from inexperience players or people using gamepads. Since its an fps and your movement it based on the direction your facing like all fps a mouse does this better then an analog stick its something people always forgot when discussing movement in fps mouse plays just a big as role as your movement keys.I take it this is one of the games where it 's frustratingly hard if you only use a mouse and keyboard?

I've played the game with both an X360 pad and a KBM and I'd say both are equally good. This game isn't really about aiming or shooting and when you do need to turn around fast there's a button for that. It's really more of a first person platformer than an FPS, and as a result either a gamepad or KBM will work just fine.I take it this is one of the games where it 's frustratingly hard if you only use a mouse and keyboard?

Yeah I know shooting plays a very small role that why I preferred the mouse I played with a super high sensitivity that was way to high for shooting(had to switch to a lower dpi anytime a gun section came up to make it sorta manageable to shoot accurately)but for a fps platformer worked great. With a gamepad it felt like a tank in comparison just not the same experience for me.I take it this is one of the games where it 's frustratingly hard if you only use a mouse and keyboard?

Its worth 5 bucks, but just barely.Just-BreatheWoah what?! This game is amazing. It's near perfect, the campaign is really fun and I've got hours and hours of fun gameplay out of the time trial and speed run modes. It's actually great fun racing against ghosts online, as dull as that sounds.

I would have liked to have seen a "make your own path" aspect in the game. Not to mention the uninteresting story and I didn't like the fact you had to find your way around levels more than the actual free-running.
