Missed the last 4 years...

After finally retiring the computer that saw me into the newmillennium I have the daunting task of catching up on all of the great games I missed out on. My favorite genres are strategy (played civ3,warcraft, cnc,and starcraft) ,fps, and simulation. I have limited experience with RPG games, but the two I have played (morrowind and oblivion) I love mainly due to how the worlds felt 'alive'. I built my own rig this time around and it should be able to run games for some time tocome (2 GB ram,oc 3.0 GHz c2d, and 640mb 880), so that's not a limiting factor.
