mobility radeon x1600 with 128mb versus 256mb - is there any difference?

i am getting a macbook pro. will i notice any improvement with the 256mb versus the 128mb mobility x1600? this is not my gaming pc but i want a mac for school. the only game i want to play on it is WoW... $1,799.00 15.4-inch widescreen display 1440x900 resolution 2.0GHz Intel Core Duo(1) 512MB (single SODIMM) 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM 80GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA hard drive 4x SuperDrive ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 128MB GDDR3 memory One FireWire 400 and two USB 2.0 ports $2,299.00 15.4-inch widescreen display 1440x900 resolution 2.16GHz Intel Core Duo(1) 1GB (single SO-DIMM) 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM 100GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA hard drive 4x SuperDrive ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 256MB GDDR3 memory One FireWire 400 and two USB 2.0 ports

get the higher priced one..More ram, more vram on the graphics card. Better cpu..Pretty much a upgrade in everything important

I think that would be fine in playing WoW because I've seen it beeing run with that card on youtube and it looked great. It's not like that game takes much to play well anyway, but I think that 512MB of RAM(memory) isn't enough to play WoW without lagging. Uprgading to 1 gig is all you'll need and it will run WoW sooooooo much smoother than 512MB.

Ya, you'll only get 2-3fps in IF with only 512mb of ram

And considering you could use up to 128mb of ram for mods if you become dedicated to WoWÂ
