im having some confusion with PCI express 2.0 and such. so will this graphics card

work with this motherboard?

Yes, they will work. PCI-E 2.0 is really more of a marketing gimmick than a real improvement. To the best of my knowledge, modern consumer graphics cards don't use even the full PCI-E 1.1 bandwidth, let alone touching 2.0 levels.

99% of games even Crysis dont see a real improvement over PCI-E 8x
