I'm getting a ASUS Commando LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX and a e6600 conroe when the prices come down this month. The question I have is how long will that Mobo last me? Will it support the new line of processors that Intel is going to release, or will I have to buy a new Mobo to upgrade then also?

It should last a while the next Intel processor with the 1333MHz bus should work, maybe with a BIOS update. The next move will be towards DDR3 RAM next year at that point you will need a new mobo if you want to run the new style RAM but i believe it will take a couple of years to reach the mainstream.
