All help is Appreciated (I am using a MATX Case)

Why do you need to upgrade your mobo? What are the rest of your specs and what are you looking for in performance? Unless you are using an AM2/AM2+ mobo with an AM3 cpu there isn't any real reason to upgrade your mobo. Also, all mobo's for the current sockets use DDR3 (which isn't going to give you any better performance than DDR2).

Just a couple of questions what are your current PC specifications?

Also are you using SATA drives and SATA DVDRom? , are your Keyboard and mouse ps2 or usb?

The combo I postedw ould run circles around what you have, and you can reuse your DDR2 also.

If you're switching out the mobo, wouldn't you need to buy a new license for your OS?

Might have the CD. Window's 7 is only 170 bucks on amazon not exactly expensive.
