Modernwarfare 2 or Battlefield bad company 2. Which one should I get???

Battlfield: I like the classes and its 30 bucks cheaper

Call of duty: Prob a better singleplayer campaign and more people online.

Do they have multiplayer bots and does call of duty mw have classes? Which one should I get???????????

Get Battlefield. A longer campaign and a higher quality in multiplayer.

They're both dying but it's more of an annoyance in MW2 because of the P2P. In BC2 you can still find populated servers easily, in MW2 you have to hope it finds a game with good ping thanks in no small part to the DLC's breaking up the community.

MW2 now, Battlefield 3 later. Bad Company 2 just isn't on the level of, say, Battlefield 2.

I've never played MW2, but I do have BC2 and I can tell you that the MP is very enjoyable. I play it practically everyday.

While I enjoyed BC2(rank 50 baby) and don't like COD anymore, get neither as BC2 got worse and save up for BF3.

I'd pick Modern Warfare 2 anytime - customise yourself with any weapon and any perk, killstreaks are awesome such as the AC130 and the gunner attack heli. plus it runs on max graphics without any problem unlike BC2PredatorRules

Well, that's not really a plus considering that it looks worse than BC2. Its only logical that it would be easier to run since it doesn't look as good.

bc2 its still growing , there are atleast 500-1k servers with less than 150 ping every day

There arent any "new" maps, just the ones that were already there ported to all game modes. When you play the game it will automatically update, the "new" maps are in thereIantheone

do u have a 5870? I will be happy if the FPS are atleast 30fps avg, but yes I will want to run on max settings. The benchy I linked says max with avg of 42. I dont know if that is using AA, but I dont really think I need AA with that high of a resolution. I will post what I am getting when this download is finally done. I will make a long benchmark of my own lol. That wont be till tonight though. Watching the buckeyes game

You won't have a bad experience with Bad Company 2 as you will with Modern Warfare 2.

Don't get MW2. Anything but Modern Warfail 2.

Bad COmpany2 was worth the money I spent on it... COD was not.

Eh, the 5850 is only about 15% to 20% slower than the 5870. That's only a few frames. It's pretty negligible when you're considering most games. I'll admit that when it comes to a game like Crysis, the more frames you can get, the better. However, for most games out there, the 5850 performs rather well.

Ok just got done playing it. I took three different "benches" with my fraps. All came low 40's for the average FPS. Which is exactly what the site was getting that I posted.Game runs well. I am playing the single player campaign. Its fun, but it is hard. Which I like cause I really have to watch what I am doing. Its definitely not a run and gun kind of game. Is there a save button for this game? I am stuck at the part after the tank. Where the four wheeler comes. Its hard getting past those gunners. So far I like this game :D This game is very realistic. You really feel like your in combat. Now I just need to get a military helmet while I play this game and paint my face. :P Then I will really feel like I am in war!

The one that doesn't suck.
