MOM.exe wth?

There's a task called MOM.exe running in my processes and I've never seen it before. Does anyone know what it is?achilles614

Google says it's a process based from the ATI Catalyst app. However, it could be spyware if it originates from program files/mom/mom.exe.

EDIT: I just dug a little deeper and you should investigate this to see where it originates from. If it's from ATI, you should be ok. But it's also known to be a virus.
