Wow, that is quite the streak. I played loads of MVP so I suggest you continue to play on easy and adjust sliders if you can (not sure if '03 had sliders) by decreasing CPU pitch speed and user bat contact. This will make the ball much easier to hit. Also play as the AL or NL all stars and go against, I'm trying to think '03 baseball, the Devil Rays and select their #5 starter to be their starter. Be patient, get ahead in the count, and take some chances. I remember playing MVP Baseball and sometimes making myself not swing on the first pitch for the entire game. If there is a pitch count slider jack it up all the way (to the right) to extend your at bats and earn some walks.
I am so frustrated that I have swung at every ball since then and have not scored at all. I broke the MVP 03 CD in frustration and I have bought another copy from eBay for $250 in frustration. The copy I had was cursed I guess.
