i dont think so but changing video card will make some changes and i suggest u to buy giga ddr with 800mhz not 400-GunGrave-

First this mobo has only ddr slots not ddr2, Am not sure though. 

second, if his mobo had ddr2, 800 wont be anyuse for that processor.

for wjgia if u add memory u wont notice any performance boost, maybe 2 fps .

But if u change your video card to a newer 1 like the 8600GTS or 7600GT u will notice serious perforamce boost.

I assume he's on AGP....in which case it's about time to start saving for a new computer ;) (I'm AGP free for 2 weeks =DStaryoshi87
