I recently got a new PC with Vista on it. Today I decided to reinstall Morrowind, but for some reason,in the graphics tablet in the options menu, there's only 4 options:

-resolution

-draw distance

-brightness

-real time shadows

I haven't played the game for a few months, but I'm sure it wasn't like this on my old PC. The game looks fine, but I need anti-aliasing! The jaggies are unbearable.

I was sure this game had some,I don't remember jaggies on my old PC.

Why don't you turn it on in the Control Panel? (If you have nVidia) Just get MGE. You can tweak the game all you want with this one + a whole lot more...

Like artur said, the nvidia control panel works wonders on every game that lacks some setting, but the MGE is the definitive tool for Morrowind.

Sigh.. If they would remake Morrowind with the Oblivion graphical engine. I would die happy.

Idk, I've installed multiple texture and graphical improvement mods. Everytime I decide to play without these I think I appreciate the original so much more. The game has a charm to it that I think would be destroyed with any "improvements" to its graphics.

That's true. The only real qualm I have with Morrowind is the static NPCs. But apparently this "radiant AI" isn't the answer either.

I know there's a group of people out there trying to put Morrowind in the Oblivion engine. Can't remember the link, though.

Morroblivion. I think Beth does not like that or something. Someone said they're prepared to take legal actions if it's ever made, don't know if it's true. I might be a rumour mongerer right now.

I heard the same thing only that it had already been cancelled.

See "manage 3D settings"? Set "anti aliasing mode" to override and "antialiasing setting" to whatever you're used to.
