I got oblivion, for 360 GOTY edition for $60 and I hardly played it, now on steam Morrowind is $11, even though its old and it has kinda bad graphics is it still worth getting?

Morrowind is a great game! Definately worth 11$.
Just be warned that its not as polished gameplay wise as Oblivion is. And its a little more open ended. Id suggest playing with a guide!
It's much more open ended, and that's what makes it fun. Morrowind is so much better than oblivion, especially with the expansions.Morrowind is a great game! Definately worth 11$.

morrowind is very well done. definiteley worth 11 bucks. HOWEVER!
daggerfall is big enough to fit its prequel and two sequels into it with expansions and still have room for desert. its a huge fricking game (a bit buggy) that basically spans a digital land mass equal to england in size and scope. find this game and bite the 16bit graphics bullet and you my friend will find a game you CANNOT finish there is THAT much to do.

Man I can't finish ANY of these games, there was so much to do. But I always pimp Morrowind because of the quality of the experience, not necessarily the amount of content. I dunno how it compares to Daggerfall. The big argument always used for Daggerfall is its size. Daggerfall was big, but boring. Most of those huge plots of land were randomly generated.morrowind is very well done. definiteley worth 11 bucks. HOWEVER!

I couldn't get into it either. I don't know if it's because I played Oblivion first.
I hated the combat.
I hated those flying things.
But mostly, it was just............................... dull.
picked it up yesterday on STEAM, going through it once again. Definately worth picking up. You'll want to pick up the "FPS optimizer" though, it runs in the background and gives you widescreen along with a few other tweaks. This is a must have if you're going to play Morrowind.

Morrowind is probably the worst Elder Scrolls game, not including the Travels series, in my opinion.
But, if you're into that kind of game, I would reccommend it, I guess.
And the irony of my avatar being from Morrowind.
Morrowind is a stellar game on its' own, don't expect it to look and play like Oblivion though even with mods, it simply will not even be close with the best mods out there, unless you're talking Morroblivion, but that is a broken headache in itself, but if you can appreciate Morrowind for what it was in its' time then yes get it, it's a great game, but does require you to put in some time before you may find it rewarding.
graphics me thinks? the environments look muddy.I got Morrowind GOTY last month and I couldn't get into it.Don't know why.
