most disturbing games you have played ?

for me its definetly sanitarium , that game gave me dreams / nightmares back in the day , and i purchased it few months ago again on gog's price slash day and the game is just as good as i remember it :)

Counter-Strike. Believe or not, I was affraid of that game.

Manhunt is probably the most disturbing game I've played.

Blood, the game scared me so much as a little kid. Probably partially to blame for my sense of humor most say is off :P.

Heavy Rain was disturbing if you actually thought about it. The guy kidnaps kids and drowns them in rain water. Seems kind of disturbing to me. Blacklight2

Prey --- the first chapter where people get "processed", that was the most disturbing scene i have seen ina video game. After the game, i had to go buy more of that games so i could gift to my friends.

There is a new game that I have heard is supposed to be disturbing called 'Downfall'.
