thinking of a list of games that are graphically intesne, the only one i can think of are crysis, far cry 2, gta IV, and arma II.
This topic is locked from further discussion.
gears of war
crysis
grid
mw 2
re 5 (a little bit)
mirror edge
medieval 2
the last remanant
farcry 2
batman aa
street fighter 4
dead space (impressive i think)
Crysis, Crysis Warhead
Far Cry 2
Arma II
World in Conflict (for an RTS/tactics game)
GTA IV on any draw distance over 40 or so. (and I don't even think the game is that demanding, it's a sloppy port)
I don't think that GRID is that intensive.. it barely worked my 8800gts 512 on 1680x1050 max details with 2xAA on. It's no slouch but definitely not in the same discussion with these other titles.
I don't think Gears of War is that intensive, since it runs fine at max settings on midrange hardware of over a year ago.
shattered horizon
operations flashpoint: dragon rising
serious sam HD
warhammer 40k: dawn of war 2
batman: arkham asylum
company of heroes: tales of valor?
Dirt 2
ArmA 2, without a doubt. Idunno if it is due to optimization or just high requirements, but that thing is more of a beast than Crysis.
Also, given the size of the maps, level of detail, and amount of objects/NPCs/etc that are on it, I'd say its worthy of high requirements.
