Polly Pocket's Great Adventure?!?!?!?!?! @@

Damn you've killed me this morning...Â
Most Underrated games?
There are a lot: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Jade Empire, The Punisher, Scarface: The World is Yours etc.
The Close Combat series. It's been around for YEARS, you can pick up Close Combat 5: Invasion Normandy very cheap now. The community still make new maps and mods for each one of the games.

Act of war: direct action
gr8 campaign storyline + good cut scenes
markop2003
The problem with Act of War is that it came out not too long after CnC: Generals (and Zero Hour?), and had much the same storyline and gameplay (and graphics as well). From generals, it offered nothing new. If I'd played Act of War BEFORE I'd ever played generals, I would've loved it, but by the time I tried it out, I'd already gotten bored of Generals' gameplay/atmosphere.
My point --- Act of War is as good as generals, but because Generals came first (chronologically), it got all the glory, while act of war got the 'bargain bin'

I actualy thought Act of War bought a few new things to the table and I enjoyed it more than Generals. Althought Generals kept me occupied for alot longer. Not to mention the Act of War expansion brought some great naval combat.Â

Really? I thought that everyone loves it.
Why is there no max Payne 3?
PC sales of Max Payne 2 were dismal.
I hate you, PC gamers.Â

I concure, Escape from Butcher Bay was a great game.
I'm going to stick with the PC with my list of underhyped gems
Â
Beyond Good and Evil
Chronicles of Riddick
Vampire the Masqurade: Redemption & Bloodlines
Nexus the Jupiter Incident
Tribes 2
The Movies
Spellforce and all its expansions
SiN
SiN: Episode 1: Emergence
 Sacrifice
Armies of Exigo
Evil Genius

These come to mind.Â
Deus Ex: Invisible war.......i like this game more than the first one..so...es underratedDEATH_GODX
Yeah!
*installs an awesome Deus Ex 2 implant into the posts that turns on a shield that deflects all disagreeing replies*
I wouldn't say better, though.. But they're both good.. *activate implant*Â
I agree with Arcanum and Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.
Â
I also think that Planescape: Torment is severely underhyped. The game is [arguably] better than Baldur's Gate, and by true roleplaying standards it is probably one of the best RPG's ever made, if not the best.

Max Payne 2 was superb! Really sad it did dismal in sales. I bet people saw the reviews saying the game was a bit short on playtime and everyone just decided to steal it off warez / bittorrent or whatever.
PC gamers sigh... never buy anything what do you expect. (Comin from a PC only gamer, I'm ashamed of my people!)
