Ya, lol Hdd's are limited to the size of the cache. Heck IDE 133 isnt even fully used.04dcarraherTrue that. from what iv seen newer hard drives still max out at around 100MB/Sec i havent seen any get faster than that really. The only thing i could think of that would take advantage of that would be SSD's but still even then they are not breaking the Sata 1 speed
HDD's yes
but SSD are a different story im not sure what the transfer rate on those is but i bet it makes a difference
